So far, so good. Quickly, Jovan leads to poor shivering kid to the open van door and ushers him inside, setting the bag down. He slides the door shut and goes to the bathroom cubicle, converting it from toilet and sink to shower mode with practiced ease.
“Here, go clean up. Don’t freak if you feel us moving, I’m going to drive to a different area. Wet yourself down, push that knob to temporarily stop the water, and soap up everything at once. Then rinse off. Water’s pretty limited right now without a campground hookup.”
With that, he heads to the cab to start up the van. He won’t peel away, gotta be cool and casual so they don’t draw attention. Just a work van heading home, nothing to see here.
